The purpose of the Hercules Education Foundation is to assist and enhance educational opportunities for students in Hercules public schools. We raise funds through contributions from individuals, organizations, businesses, and institutions. The funds raised are donated to the expressed needs of our city’s public schools to enhance the quality of the classroom experience.

HEF provides grants and volunteerism that enhance educational opportunities for students in Hercules public schools. They raise funds through contributions from individuals, organizations, businesses, and institutions. The funds raised are donated to the expressed needs of our city’s public schools to enhance the quality of the classroom experience. Their signature fund raising events are: Bay Front Run, Bay Front Festival, and Bottles & Bites. HEF also participates in various community events.

The Project

Challenge: Increase participation and ticket sales for HEF's annual fundraising events.
Solution: Develop event branding, marketing materials, online event calendar and other promotional and event related items.
